The importance of exercise, healthy food and rest in student’s high stress life
Healthy life habits are essential to being able to cope well with the stress of school and life in general. Make it a point to get to bed at a decent hour every night, to turn on “night” mode on your computer or phone to avoid the blue light that can keep you up before you go to sleep. Cut out the junk process food full of sugar and other ingredients that you can’t pronounce. Eat more vegetables, and cook at home. Although you may want to go out to eat, save yourself some money by having friends over for a home-cooked potluck party.
Instead of binging on Netflix when you need a study break, take a walk around the block, or go to the gym.
Getting exercise can help you focus on studying again and to wind down after a difficult study session.
